If you are not fully satisfied with the services we have provided, your money will be refunded in full. Additionally, if our Comfort Specialists display unprofessional behaviors such as smoking or swearing, or failing to wear shoe covers or clean up, you will not pay for those services. Repairs on your equipment are done correctly the first time or the repair is free, and if those repairs fail during the following year, it will be repaired free of charge. Likewise, the equipment that we install is guaranteed by our team, and if it does not function to your satisfaction, we will help you find an alternate solution and return your investment in full.
