Stellar Service! Emergency call at 5 p.m. and air conditioner was off. It was 90 degrees in the house. Jonathan was right over and assessed equipment inside and out during the rain and storm. Came back next day to make sure he was correct. 2 days later I had a new air conditioner system installed. They had to make a large system fit into a tiny space.

Harvey Kaminer installed my first AC over 40 years ago, and I have been a regular customer ever since, and Woody and Todd have carried on the excellent "Kaminer" tradition. That said, as for maintenance, Walt Andrews has taken care of all units in my home, my offices and my mother's home for many years now. I can't imagine anyone else as knowledgeable, professional, neat and just plain nice and personable as Walt. He's also a top notch problem solver if the necessity arises. Because the service I get from Kaminer and Walt feels truly personal, I wouldn't call anyone else. They've earned their fine reputation.

Another 5 star experience with Kaminer H&C's Comfort Specialist, Jarvis Ford. After evaluating our problem on Monday (a Holiday as well), Jarvis returned on Tuesday and completed the repairs needed...very professionally and courteously. He explained what was wrong and how he fixed the issues with our A/C unit. I inquired about getting a new thermostat that was better suited for our unit and he gave me a couple options...with no pressure to purchase anything. I selected a new one that controlled both the heating and cooling with simple automatic programming. He was able to install it while her was here. Great job, Jarvis.

They removed the old unit in the attic on a day with 97-degree weather. They went above and beyond what I would have expected and didn’t leave until the job was completed, close to 10:00 pm! They have been my “go-to” company for many years and will be for many years to come.
